Stina Syrjänen has notified Biohit Oyj that she will resign from the company’s Board of Directors. The resignation is effective immediately.
The Board of Directors of Biohit Oyj will continue to operate with five members as a new member was elected at the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on the 16th of August 2018.
