BIOFISH HOLDING AS – Purchase of shares by company related to major shareholder

Ljones, 4 June 2025: Refsnes Holding AS, a company related to major shareholder Stoksund AS, has acquired 500 000 shares in BioFish Holding AS

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published 2 June 2025, regarding the recommended offer from Langøylaks to acquire all shares and warrants in BioFish.

It follows from the release that Stoksund AS, representing 10.38 per cent of the BioFish shares (on a fully diluted basis), has pre-accepted the offer. On 3 June 2025, Refsnes Holding AS, a company related to Stoksund AS, acquired 500 000 shares in BioFish Holding AS at a share price of NOK 1.70. Refsnes Holding AS has pre-accepted the offer from Langøylaks.
