Odfjell Land has on June 28th and June 29th acquired 150.000 and 500.000 shares in Biofish Holding AS at a price of NOK 1,0. Odfjell Land is a related party of board member Kjetil Gronskag which was elected as a board member on 22nd June 2022.

Odfjell Land controls a total number of 8.334.686 shares after the purchase
