The attached prospectus was approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has on 12 July 2021, and has been prepared by BioFish Holding AS (the "Company") solely for use in connection with the Company's initial public offering (the "IPO"). The first day of trading in the Company's shares on Euronext Growth Oslo will be today, 3 August 2021.
