Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, inter alia, to approve and take on record the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022.

The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for all insiders, as defined under the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (‘the Code’) of the Company, has been closed from July 1, 2022 to July 29, 2022 (both days inclusive) in compliance with the provisions of the Code of the Company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Accordingly, the trading window will open on July 30, 2022.

The Company will organize an Earnings Conference Call for analysts/investors on Thursday, July 28, 2022. The details of the same will be available on the Company’s website closer to the scheduled event.
