Brief profile of Mr.S.Narayanan, Whole-time Director:

He is a B.Tech (Hons) degree holder and also holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University, USA. He joined the Company on 1[st] December 1986 and had extensive training in Imperial Clevite Corporation, USA. He has rich experience in manufacture of auto components production and has contributed significantly to the operations of the Company including new Powder Technology. He is well conversant with all the intricacies of manufacture and sale of the products of the Company. Mr.S.Narayanan is not related to any of the Directors / Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
