In our company's public disclosure dated 24.12.2024, it was announced that an application had been submitted to the Capital Markets Board for approval to conduct share buybacks by a board resolution, in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 6 of the Communiqué on Buyback Shares (II-22.1). In the Capital Markets Board's Bulletin No. 2025/08, dated 13.02.2025, it was stated that the request for approval to conduct share buybacks by a board resolution without a general assembly authorization, within the scope of Article 5, paragraph 6 of the Communiqué, had been rejected.
