Additional Explanations

Per our announcement dated October 23, 2024, it was stated that a new share buyback program had been initiated, with a maximum of 2,000,000 shares (2,000,000 TL nominal value) subject to buyback. The fund allocated for the buyback, to be financed from the Company's internal resources, was set at a maximum of 1,000,000,000 TL.

As a result of the initiated share buyback transactions, 2,000,000 shares were purchased at an average price of 488.11 TL per share between October 24, 2024, and December 11, 2024, completing the share buyback program. Including shares obtained from previous share buyback programs, the total number of BIMAS shares held by the company has reached 12,200,000, representing 2.01% of the company's share capital.

In the event of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
