Additional Explanations

The Board of Directors has taken the following decisions on the 26 November 2020 referring to the share buy-back program started on 07.08.2020;

1) The buy-back program is ended as of November 26, 2020,

2) The public disclosure liabilities are to be met regarding the buy-back transaction within the program,

3) The shareholders are to be informed about the related transactions in the first General Assembly Meeting.

4) Executive Committee Member & CFO Haluk Dortluoğlu is authorized to sell the shares which are bought within the buy-back program on the market if required.

The total number of shares bought back within the program is 5.670.992 in nominal which correspond 0,9340% of the company share capital and TL 374.707.649,93 paid for the transactions in total. The buy-back was financed from the company internal resources. The lowest and highest transaction prices per share were TL62,00 and TL67,60 respectively. The average transaction price was TL66,07.

In the event of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
