Additional Explanations

In line with the resolution of our Board of Directors dated 29.09.2025, the amendment draft regarding Article 6 of our Articles of Association titled "Capital and Transfer of Shares", which includes the transition to the registered capital system and the determination of the registered capital ceiling as TL 5,000,000,000, has been submitted to the Capital Markets Board for approval today.

The proposed amendment to the Articles of Association will be submitted for shareholder approval at the first General Assembly Meeting following the receipt of the necessary approvals from the Capital Markets Board and the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.

In the event of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
