Our application to the Capital Markets Board for the cancellation of bought back shares amounting to 7,200,000 TL through the "Capital Reduction Without Cash Outflow" method, thereby reducing our issued capital from 607,200,000 TL to 600,000,000 TL, has been approved. The relevant amendment to the Articles of Association will be submitted for the approval of shareholders at the next General Assembly meeting.
