19 Aralık 2025 tarihli Olağanüstü Genel Kurul Toplantısında onaylanan Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesinin 6'ncı maddesinin tadili İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğünce 31 Aralık 2025 tarihinde tescil edilmiş olup, Şirket Esas Sözleşmenin güncel hali ekte sunulmaktadır.

Açıklamanın İngilizce çevirisinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

The amendment to Article 6 of our Company's Articles of Association, which was approved at the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting dated 19 December 2025, was registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 31 December 2025. The current version of the Company's Articles of Association is attached.

In the event of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
