4 Mart 2020 tarihli Yönetim Kurulu kararında, Şirket'in 2020 yılı beklentilerinin kamuya duyurulması ve beklentiler ile gerçekleşmeler arasında önemli ölçüde bir farklılık bulunması halinde, bu farklılıkların nedenlerine ilişkin bilgilerin kamuya açıklanması konularında İcra Kurulu Üyesi ve Mali İşler Başkanı (CFO) Haluk Dortluoğlu'nun yetkilendirilmesine karar verilmiştir.

2020 yılındaki gelişmeler dikkate alınarak, Şirket'in 2020 yılına ait bazı beklentileri aşağıdaki şekilde güncellenmiştir:

• Yıllık satış artışı                                                    %36 - %38           (eski beklenti - %32 +- 2)

• FVAÖK marjı (*)                                                    %6,5 - %7,0         (eski beklenti - %6,0 +-0,5)

(*) 2020 FVAÖK marjı hedefi, 16 no'lu Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standardı (TFRS) olası etkilerini içermemektedir. TFRS16 etkisi dahil hedefler yaklaşık %9,0'a tekabül etmektedir.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

On the 4th March 2020, Board of Directors decided to grant authority Haluk Dortluoğlu, Executive Committee Member and CFO, to disclose to the public the expectations of the Company for 2020 and the information regarding the reasons of the differences, in case the material differences occur between the expectations and the actuals.

Due to the developmens in 2020,  some guidances for the year 2020 are updated as follows;

• Sales growth                                                     36% - 38%        (old guidance - 32% +- 2)

• EBITDA Margin (*)                                            6,5% - 7,0%         (old guidance - 6,0% +-0,5)

(*) 2020 EBITDA margın target does not reflect IFRS 16 – lease standards possible effects. With IFRS 16 impact, the targets correspond around 9,0%.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
