30 Ekim 2021 tarihli KAP açıklamamızda Rekabet Kurumu tarafından Şirketimizin de dahil olduğu beş zincir market ve bir tedarikçi şirkete idari para cezası verildiği duyurulmuştu.

Şirketimize iletilen para cezası, %25 erken ödeme indiriminden faydalanılarak 718.596.896 TL olarak 17 Şubat 2022 tarihinde ödenmiştir. Şirketin sermaye piyasası mevzuatına göre düzenlenecek olan 31.12.2021 tarihli mali tablolarında ilgili para cezası tutarında karşılık ayrılacaktır.

Cezanın ödenmesi veya Şirket mali tablolarına yansıtılması cezaya konu suçlamaların kabul edildiği anlamına gelmemekte olup, cezanın iptaline ilişkin ilgili mahkemede yasal süre içinde dava açılacaktır.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

In our public disclosure dated October 30, 2021, it was announced that five chain markets, including our Company and one supplier company were fined by the Competition Authority.

The fine conveyed to our company, 718,596,896 TL, was paid on 17 February 2022, taking advantage of the 25% early payment discount. In the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31.12.2021, which will be prepared in accordance with the capital market legislation, a provision will be made in the amount of the relevant fine.

The payment of the fine or its reflection on the Company's financial statements does not mean that the charges subject to the penalty have been accepted, and a lawsuit will be filed in the relevant court regarding the cancellation of the penalty within the legal period.

In the event of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
