Şirket Yönetim Kurulunun aldığı karara istinaden;

Satınalma Genel Müdürü ve Genel Satınalma Komitesi Üyesi Aynur Çolpan 31.12.2022 tarihi itibariyle mevcut görevlerinden ayrılarak, Yönetim Kurulu Danışmanlığı görevine,

Operasyon Komitesi Üyesi Umut Baba 01.01.2023 tarihi itibariyle Satınalma Genel Müdürlüğü ve Genel Satınalma Komitesi Üyeliğine,

Bölge Genel Müdürü Metin Baykal 01.01.2023 tarihi itibariyle Operasyon Komitesi Üyeliğine atanmıştır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Based on the decision taken by the Company's Board of Directors;

Aynur Çolpan, the Purchasing General Manager and a Member of the General Purchasing Committee, resigned from her current duties and appointed as the Advisor to the Board of Directors as of 31.12.2022,

Umut Baba, Member of the Operations Committee, appointed as the Purchasing General Manager and a Member of the General Purchasing Committee as of 01.01.2023,

Regional General Manager Metin Baykal appointed as Operations Committee Member as of 01.01.2023.

In the event of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
