Year End Trading Update

Billington Holdings plc (AIM: BILN), one of the UK's leading structural steel and construction safety solutions specialists, today provides an update on trading ahead of its preliminary results announcement for the year ended 31 December 2014, which will be announced before the end of March 2015.

The Group's performance continued to improve in the second half of the 2014 financial year and, as a result, Billington will report results ahead of current market expectations.
