The Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP) has today transferred to the Executive Directors Ordinary shares in the company in recognition of their services.

Mark Smith has received 5,000 shares for nil consideration representing 0.039% of the total number of issued shares in the Company.

Trevor Taylor has received 5,000 shares for nil consideration taking his ownership to 6,000 shares representing 0.046% of the total number of issued shares in the Company.

The ESOP now holds 1,344,619 ordinary shares representing 10.40% of the issued share capital.
