BILIA´S SHARE CAPITAL – OBLIGATORY DISCLOSURE

Redemption of warrants has led to an increase in Bilia´s share capital by SEK 1 240 640 to a total of SEK 250 100 100 today and an increase in the number of shares by 126 064 to a total of 25 010 010 with an equal number of votes.
