BILIA´S SHARE CAPITAL – OBLIGATORY DISCLOSURE

Redemption of warrants has led to an increase in Bilia's share capital by SEK 54 620 to a total of SEK 250 728 080 today and an increase in the number of shares by 5 462 to a total of 25 072 808, with an equal number of votes.
