BILIA´S SHARE CAPITAL – OBLIGATORY DISCLOSURE

Redemption of warrants has led to an increase in Bilia´s share capital by SEK 4,174,680 to a total of SEK 257,110,420 today and an increase in the number of shares by 417,468 to a total of 25,711,042 with an equal number of votes.
