BILIA´S SHARE CAPITAL – OBLIGATORY DISCLOSURE

Redemption of warrants has led to an increase in Bilia´s share capital by SEK 443,170 to a total of SEK 257,553,590 today and an increase in the number of shares by 44,317 to a total of 25,755,359 with an equal number of votes.
