BILIA´S SHARE CAPITAL – OBLIGATORY DISCLOSURE

Redemption of warrants has led to an increase in Bilia´s share capital by SEK 228,480 to a total of SEK 257,782,070 today and an increase in the number of shares by 22,848 to a total of 25,778,207 with an equal number of votes.
