BILIA´S SHARE CAPITAL – OBLIGATORY DISCLOSURE

Redemption of warrants has led to an increase in Bilia´s share capital by SEK 213,200 to a total of SEK 248,629,310 today and an increase in the number of shares by 21,320 to a total of 24,862,931 with an equal number of votes.
