BILIA´S SHARE CAPITAL – OBLIGATORY DISCLOSURE

Redemption of warrants has led to an increase in Bilia´s share capital by SEK 162,470 to a total of SEK 248,791,780 today and an increase in the number of shares by 16,247 to a total of 24,879,178 with an equal number of votes.
