BILIA´S SHARE CAPITAL – OBLIGATORY DISCLOSURE

Redemption of warrants has led to an increase in Bilia´s share capital by SEK 1,076,100 to a total of SEK 215,996,630 today and an increase in the number of shares by 107,610 to a total of 21,599,663 with an equal number of votes.
