BILIA´S SHARE CAPITAL – OBLIGATORY DISCLOSURE

Redemption of warrants has led to an increase in Bilia´s share capital by SEK 12,186,710 to a total of SEK 234,900,390 today and an increase in the number of shares by 1,218,671 to a total of 23,490,039 with an equal number of votes.
