Årsstämman i Bilia AB, den 7 april 2022, beslutade om minskning av aktiekapitalet genom indragning av 6.500.000 egna aktier som tidigare återköpts av Bilia. Enligt pressmeddelande från Bilia den 4 maj 2022 har nu detta beslut verkställts genom registrering hos Bolagsverket den 3 maj 2022 och antalet aktier i Bilia uppgår nu till 96.299.952 i stället för som tidigare 102.799.952.
