Bilia sells BMW operation in Moss and Fredrikstad

Bilia has today concluded an agreement to sell the BMW operation in Moss and Fredrikstad. In 2011, the operation reported a turnover of SEK 250 M and an operating profit of SEK 1.7 M. The number of employees is about 35. The date of possession is 30 June 2012, conditional on approval of the transaction by the Norwegian competition authority. The sale will result in an estimated pre-tax profit of about SEK 19 M, and Bilia's capital employed will decrease by an estimated SEK 20 M and its net debt by SEK 39 M.
