COMPETITION AUTHORITY APPROVES BILIA´S ACQUISITION

Bilia has today received information from the Swedish Competition Authority that its acquisition of BMW´s dealer operation Bilcentralen i Stockholm AB has been approved.

Transition will take place on 3 January 2011.
