The nominating committee proposes re-election of the following persons:

Gunnar Blomkvist, Anna Engebretsen, Jack Forsgren, Laila Freivalds, Mats Holgerson, Ingrid Jonasson Blank, Jan Pettersson, Mats Qviberg and Jon Risfelt.

New election of Nicklas Paulson is proposed. Nicklas Paulson has been appointed Managing Director of Investment AB Öresund, starting this spring. Nicklas Paulson has more than 20 years of experience from Investment Banking/Corporate Finance and most recently from Carnegie Investment Bank AB. Nicklas Paulson holds a Master's degree in business administration and economics from Stockholm University. The nominating committee considers the profile of Nicklas to fulfill the requirements of Bilia's operations.

Gustav Lindner has declined re-election.

It is proposed that Mats Qviberg continue in the post of Chairman of the Board.

The statement of the nominating committee will be presented at Bilia's website shortly together with the complete suggestion and justification from the nominating committee – with information regarding independence of the Board members, increase of fees to the Board members, appointment of auditor and auditor fees, etc.

The nominating committee consists of the following members: Tim Floderus (chairman of the committee), Mats Qviberg, Eva Cederbalk and Helen Fasth Gillstedt.
