Johnny Capor new CFO at Bilia

Gunnar Blomkvist has decided to leave Bilia's employ after 32 years of service with the company, the last 15 years as CFO. Mr. Blomkvist will continue as CFO until the Annual General Meeting on 8 April 2016, after which he will serve as a member of Bilia's management group for the rest of the year.

Johnny Capor is 49 years of age and comes to Bilia from KF/Coop, where he has served as CFO since 2006 and has participated actively in implementing many of the strategic changes that have been made in the KF Group. For many years, Mr. Capor has been a member of the boards of the Folksam Life and Folksam Non-life insurance companies, as well as chairman of their Audit Committee. Furthermore, he has been a member of the board of the Second AP Fund since 2014, and is also chairman of their Audit Committee. Mr. Capor, who has an MPA and a BSc in Innovation Engineering, will begin his employment at Bilia on 1 December 2015 and assume the post of CFO after the Annual General Meeting on 8 April 2016.
