Press release from Bilia's Nominating Committee

The Nominating Committee of Bilia AB has changed due to the split of Investment AB Öresund. Marcus Wahlberg, investment manager at Investment AB Öresund, has replaced Daniel Nyhrén. Johan Qviberg has been appointed chairman of the Nominating Committee. Other members of the Nominating Committee are Henrik Bonde, Jan Pettersson and Mats Qviberg.

The Nominating Committee of Bilia AB will propose to the Annual General Meeting re-election of Per Avander, Anna Engebretsen, Jack Forsgren, Mats Holgerson, Ingrid Jonasson Blank, Svante Paulsson, Jan Pettersson, Mats Qviberg and Jon Risfelt and that Fredrik Grevelius be elected for the first time.

Stefan Charette has declined re-election.

It is proposed that Mats Qviberg continue in the post of Chairman of the Board.

Fredrik Grevelius, born 1968, Managing Director of Investment AB Öresund. Member of the Board of Global Global Invest Finansförmedling Sverige AB, HomeMaid AB and SwitchCore AB. Fredrik has been investment manager at Investment AB Öresund, asset manager at Öhman Kapitalförvaltning and analyst at ABG Sundal Collier, Danske Securities and at Carnegie.
