Roland Koch appointed new Chairman of the Executive Board at Bilfinger
Berger

At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of Bilfinger Berger SE
appointed Roland Koch as Member of the Executive Board at Bilfinger Berger
SE, effective March 1, 2011. From July 1, 2011, Roland Koch will succeed
Herbert Bodner as Chairman. At that time, Herbert Bodner will retire after
fourteen successful years on the Executive Board, including twelve as
Chairman.
