Pursuant to Regulation 30(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, We are pleased to inform you that Starbigbloc Building Material Limited, a subsidiary of the Company has purchased a land at Khasra No. 382, 387, 389/2, Gram Nimrani, Tehsil Kasrawad, District – Khargone, Madhya Pradesh admeasuring approx. 57500 sq. mts. for the purpose of AAC Blocks business expansion in central India.

The total consideration is Rs. 6 Crores and Stamp duty.
