Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the shareholders of our subsidiary company, Starbigbloc Building Material Limited , at their duly convened Extraordinary General Meeting held on 13[th] June, 2025, have considered and approved, inter alia, the proposal for issuance of equity shares by way of an Initial Public Offering (IPO) , subject to receipt of necessary regulatory approvals, market conditions, and other applicable approvals as may be required.
