Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015, we, Bigbloc Construction Limited (“the Company”) hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of Starbigbloc Building Material Limited, Wholly owned Subsidiary of the Company at their meeting held today i.e., 23[rd] May, 2024 approved fund raising, subject to receipt of requisite approvals, market conditions and other considerations, by way of an Initial Public Offering (“IPO”)through route of SME IPO/ Preferential Issue of its Equity Shares in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended and other applicable laws.

Public Offering/ Preferential issue of shares is done for future expansion & value unlocking for all shareholders.

The size of the offer, price and other details of the proposed IPO/Preferential Issue will be determined in due course; a pitch deck outlining the details of the proposed IPO/Preferential Issue is attached herewith for your reference.

Kindly note that post the proposed IPO/ Preferential Issue, Starbigbloc Building Material Limited would continue to be Subsidiary of the Company.
