Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, 8[th] November, 2025 , inter alia, to transact the following item of business:

1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and period ended 30[th] September 2025 as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015;

The Board Meeting shall be preceded by Audit Committee Meeting on the same day.

Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with our intimation letter dated 27[th] September, 2025, it was informed that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company by designated persons, shall remain closed from 1[st] October, 2025 until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results by the Company for the quarter and period ended 30[th] September, 2025. Accordingly, the trading window shall remain closed until 48 hours of declaration of results.
