DISHANT KAUSHIKBHAI JARIWALA, has completed his second and final term as Independent Director(s) and consequently ceased to be Director(s) of the Company on 30[th] September, 2025, close of business hours. The Board of Directors and the Management of the Company expressed deep appreciation and gratitude to MR. DISHANT KAUSHIKBHAI for his extensive contribution and stewardship.
