The Company announced today that it raised proceeds of approximately £79 million (before expenses) through a placing of a total of 14,352,711 new ordinary shares of ten pence each in the capital of the Company (the 'Placing Shares') at a price of 547.50 pence per Placing Share (the "Placing"), The Placing is conditional upon, amongst other things, the Placing Shares being admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange plc (together, "Admission").

The Company was informed today that the directors listed below subscribed for the below numbers of Placing Shares.
