Big Yellow Group PLC ("the Company") announces that on 29 July 2014 the following Executive Directors were granted nil paid options under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan:

The options are exercisable from 29 July 2017 to 28 July 2024, subject to performance criteria being met.

On 29 July 2014, Nicholas Vetch, James Gibson, Adrian Lee and John Trotman were also each granted 5,839 options under the Company's Approved Option scheme.  At the date of exercise, to the extent that there is a gain on the Approved options, LTIP options will be forfeited to the same value.
