b)	Nature of the transaction	In each case, on 20 July 2023 the Executive Directors were granted nil cost options over ordinary shares of 10 pence (the "Options") under the Big Yellow Deferred Bonus Share Plan 2018.
		The Options are exercisable from 20 July 2026 to 19 July 2033, subject to continuous employment with the Company.
