Ordinary Shares of Big Yellow Group PLC (the "Company").

Nature of the transaction

Mr Vetch exercised share options over ordinary shares of 10 pence (the "Options") granted under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan.   

On 5 August 2021, Mr Vetch exercised an option to purchase 3,242 shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (Approved) at a price of 773.33 pence per share.  He then sold 3,242 shares at a price of 1493.0 pence per share. 

On 6 August 2021, Mr Vetch exercised an option to purchase 28,188 shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (Unapproved) at a price of nil pence per share.  He then sold 28,188 shares at a price of 1493.835 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Vetch and his family's beneficial holding remains at 6,753,458 ordinary shares, representing 3.67% of the Company's issued share capital.
