On 19 October 2016 Mr Vetch exercised an option to purchase 60,266 shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan at nil pence per share.  Mr Vetch paid the associated Income Tax and National Insurance to enable him to retain all of the vested shares.  Following this transaction, Mr Vetch's holding has increased to 9,062,663 shares, representing 5.74% of the issued share capital of the Company.
