Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') announces that Corin Cotton, the wife of Richard Cotton, a non-executive director, purchased 5,000 shares of the Company on Thursday 14 January at an average price of 751 pence per share. 

This share purchase increases Mr Cotton's beneficial holding to 73,485 shares representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
