Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') announces that on Friday 24 July 2015 Nicholas Vetch, Executive Chairman, exercised an option to purchase 84,218 shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan at nil pence per share.  He sold these shares at an average price of 704.5 pence per share.  Following this transaction, Mr Vetch's beneficial holding remains at 8,960,483 shares, representing 5.72% of the issued share capital of the Company.
