Director/PDMR Shareholding

Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') announces that on 31 March, Adrian Lee and John Trotman, Executive Directors, each exercised a total of 3,745 share options maturing from the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme, at an average price of 240.3 pence per share.  These shares will be issued on 1 April 2015.

This increases Mr Lee's beneficial holding to 785,547 ordinary shares, representing 0.50% of the issued share capital and Mr Trotman's beneficial holding to 101,914 ordinary shares representing 0.07% of the issued share capital
