Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') announces that on Thursday 5 March, Nicholas Vetch, Executive Chairman, sold a total 100,000 shares in Big Yellow Group PLC at an average price of 647.96p.  Two of Mr Vetch's children each sold 7,434 shares at an average price of 647.96p. 

Following these transactions Mr Vetch and his family's total beneficial holding has reduced to 9,060,483 shares in the Company, representing 5.78% of the issued share capital.
