Big Yellow Group PLC ("the Company") announces that on Wednesday 18th June, Richard Cotton, a Non-Executive Director, purchased 5,000 shares of the Company at an average price of 461.4 pence per share. 

This increases Mr Cotton's beneficial holding in the Company to 63,919 shares, representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
