Director/PDMR Shareholding

Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') announces that on Wednesday 21 May, Nicholas Vetch, Executive Chairman, and his wife Catherine Vetch each transferred 118,149 shares to each of their three children.  This amounted to a total of 354,447 shares transferred by Mr Vetch and 354,447 transferred by Mrs Vetch and a combined total of 708,894 shares.

Following this transaction Mr Vetch and his family's total beneficial holding remains at 9,166,219 shares in the Company, representing 6.47% of the issued share capital.
