Director/PDMR Shareholding

Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') announces that on 17th March, Nicholas Vetch, Executive Chairman, exercised a total of 3,428 share options maturing from the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme, at an average price of 262.5 pence per share.  These shares will be issued on 1st April 2014.

On 17th March, Mr Vetch's wife, Catherine Vetch sold 2,229 shares at an average price of 510 pence per share for personal tax planning reasons.

This increases Mr Vetch's beneficial holding to 9,166,219 shares representing 6.47% of the issued share capital of the Company.
